6 slices White bread slices

Ghee for frying

3/4 + 1/4 cup Sugar

1 cup Water

2-3 pods Cardamom crushed/powder

1 litre Full cream milk

1 tbsp milk powder

1/2 tsp roohafza

Slivers of almonds and pistachios to garnish


Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan.
When it comes to a boil, add 1tbsp rose water milk powder, cardamom powder and reduce the heat and let it simmer till it reduce to half.

Add sugar and thicken it a little more. Keep stirring the rabdi continuously.
Add dry fruits and vanilla essence.
Cut the corners of bread slices and cut the slices diagonally

Heat the ghee and when it is hot, deep fry the bread slices till golden brown.
Put bread on the serving plate

Top with the reduced milk. Garnish with almonds and pistachios slivers

Yogurt berry popsicles


2 cups fresh blueberries/raspberries/ strawberries (you can also use all of them or 1 depends on you)
2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup white sugar
popsicle sticks

Place the mixed blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, yogurt, and sugar into a blender. Cover, and blend until fruit is chunky or smooth, as desired. ( you can
Also heat the berries in a saucepan and then whisk them with yogurt in a bowl).

Pour the mixture into popsicles molds. Place popsicle sticks into the molds, cover, and freeze for a few hours or overnight until solid.

Chocolate pudding

Milk                        2 cups
Cream                     1/4 cup
Sugar                      1/2 cup        
Dark Chocolate       50 g
Corn Flour              3 tbsp
Cocoa Powder        3 tbsp
Vanilla Essence      1/2 tsp
Salt                         1/4 tsp

In a saucepan, add all the dry ingredients such as cornflour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and combine it well.

Gradually pour the milk to the saucepan and mix well with a whisk.

Cook over a medium flame and stir constantly till it thickens.

Add cream, chopped chocolate, and vanilla essence and mix well.

Keep cooking until the mixture thickens and turns glossy.

Transfer the chocolate pudding into small cups and cover with a lid or cling wrap.

Refrigerate for 2 -3 hours for the setting.

Serve the pudding with whipped cream or grated chocolate and berries.

Mango pulp shake

2 medium size mangoes
ice cubes 
Rooh afza


1) wash the mangoes ,peel them and chop them into small cubes.

2) Add the mangoes into blender, add 2tbsp sugar and blend them till smooth paste.

3)Pour roohafza in a glass and chill in fridge

4 )In a blender add ice cubes, milk,sugar and mango. Blend well

5)Now pour this mixture in roohafza glass.

6) Garnish with mango pulp and almonds on top . Serve chill.


Idlo is considered as one among the best nutritious and light food as steaming preserves most of the nutrients. It can be served in a variety of ways like masala idli,chilli idli and steam idli also.



5-7 Steamed Idlis
1 Large=Onions-chopped into cubes
3-4 Green Chilies- sliced into lengths
1½ cup Bell Peppers (red, green, yellow)- cut into cubes
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1½-tsp Green Chili Sauce
1-tsp Dark Soy Sauce
½-tsp Vinegar
Salt to taste
3-tbsp Tomato Ketchup and 2tbsp tomato puree
Cooking Oil , cumin seeds and curry leaves.


1.Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and curry leaves. Add onions and ginger garlic paste until onion becomes brown.

2. Add bell peppers and green chillies and saute them .

3. Add tomato puree and add 1tbsp of (vinegar, soy sauce and ketchup). Mix them and add salt and pepper according to your taste.

4.Stir fry for a min. Now, we will add fried Idlis and mix well.  you can use fried idlis also.

5. Chili Idli Fry must be served hot. Serve with Tomato Ketchup or Schezwan Chutney.
