2 cups fresh blueberries/raspberries/ strawberries (you can also use all of them or 1 depends on you) 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt 1/4 cup white sugar popsicle sticks
DIRECTIONS Place the mixed blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, yogurt, and sugar into a blender. Cover, and blend until fruit is chunky or smooth, as desired. ( you can Also heat the berries in a saucepan and then whisk them with yogurt in a bowl).
Pour the mixture into popsicles molds. Place popsicle sticks into the molds, cover, and freeze for a few hours or overnight until solid.
Idlo is considered as one among the best nutritious and light food as steaming preserves most of the nutrients. It can be served in a variety of ways like masala idli,chilli idli and steam idli also.
5-7 Steamed Idlis 1 Large=Onions-chopped into cubes 3-4 Green Chilies- sliced into lengths 1½ cup Bell Peppers (red, green, yellow)- cut into cubes 1tbsp ginger garlic paste 1½-tsp Green Chili Sauce 1-tsp Dark Soy Sauce ½-tsp Vinegar Salt to taste 3-tbsp Tomato Ketchup and 2tbsp tomato puree Cooking Oil , cumin seeds and curry leaves.
1.Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and curry leaves. Add onions and ginger garlic paste until onion becomes brown.
2. Add bell peppers and green chillies and saute them .
3. Add tomato puree and add 1tbsp of (vinegar, soy sauce and ketchup). Mix them and add salt and pepper according to your taste.
4.Stir fry for a min. Now, we will add fried Idlis and mix well. you can use fried idlis also.
5. Chili Idli Fry must be served hot. Serve with Tomato Ketchup or Schezwan Chutney.
